Best Men’s Dieting Tips: It’s Time to Stop Being Fat

Guys, it’s time to get off your butts and start getting into shape. When your girls are at the gym and working out, you can’t be on the couch and getting fatter and fatter. With summer in full-swing, it’s time to burn off that fat and start being a good-looking dude again.

And you’ve come to the right place if you’re looking for the best men’s dieting tips, because this article will be full of them!

So if you’re ready to get in shape, here are some of my top tips for doing it quick and easily:

#1 – Cut Off Your Beer Supply

I know, I know. It’s blasphemy to cut off a guy’s beer supply. But did you know that the average beer contains roughly 200 calories or more? When you have 5 of them in one sitting, which isn’t out of the ordinary, you just consumed half of your daily requirement of calories in as little as an hour or two.

This adds up quickly, and if you do this 1,2, or 3 nights per week, you’re adding fat quicker than you can keep it off, even if you’re already exercising regularly.

By reducing your beer and liquor intake, you’re cutting off a huge supply of calories that you don’t really need or use at all.

#2 – Cut Out the Dessert

When guys have a big meal, they often want a good dessert to go along with it at the end. It’s only natural, right? Well, these desserts also add up to giving you more fat content.

When you’ve just had a huge meal, all of that food is sitting inside of you trying to digest. When you add in a big dessert that often contains more calories than your entire meal, this is where you’re packing on pounds and pounds of fat.

If you need something sweet after a meal, try a granola bar with chocolate in it. These are often low in calories and taste amazing.

#3 – Stop Going to Applebee’s

And not just Applebee’s, the same can be said about TGI Friday’s and all of those other chain restaurants. When you look at their menus, almost everything contains 1,000 calories or more, and they almost always contain fries as a side dish.

French Fries are not healthy, and they’re almost devoid of nutrition. On top of that, when your whole meal is more than half of your daily caloric intake, you’re going to get fat. It’s that simple.

Stay away from these places, and you’ll lose weight fast.
